Our Office
Our office is located at 1737 Creekside Drive in Folsom, CA opposite to Mercy Hospital. The office is easily accessible and has extensive parking space. We incorporate state of the art EHR technology to deliver healthcare and for communicating with the patients. We have made the best effort in ensuring patient comfort in the office space and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming.
Dheeraj Kamra, MD, FACP
Dr. Dheeraj Kamra is a board certified Internist. His roots in medicine were laid down during early childhood being exposed to his father who was an esteemed Anesthesiologist practicing in India. After finishing a surgical residency at a prestigious Medical School (Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research), he moved to US. He trained at highly regarded and competitive residency programs including University of Rochester-Rochester General Hospital Program and Drexel University college of Medicine in Philadelphia. He practices evidence based Medicine. He is a member of American College of Physicians and has been granted fellowship . Learn about ACP here. His interests include cardio exercises, biking and strength training. He lives in Granite Bay with his lovely wife and 3 kids.
DR. TET TOE
Dr. Toe was born and raised in Burma (Myanmar). He finished medical school in Burma then finished Internal Medicine Residency in Alameda County Medical Center in Oakland, California. He also had a short stint as a Hospitalist in John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, California. The surroundings of Folsom and El Dorado Hills lured him to this area and has been practicing in Folsom since 2010.
The raison d’être for his becoming an Internist is the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges posed by the patients’ medical problems which satiate his intellectual curiosity. Not only this, He also realizes the human element to these medical problems. No amount of traditional teaching in medical school and residency program can prepare a physician to deal effectively and compassionately with that aspect.
As a Buddhist, He believes in Karma which, simply put, states that we get the results of our own actions or what goes around comes around. So, He has always put himself in the place of his patients and tries to do what he would like his Internist to do if he were that patient. His mission in life, thus, is “Service” and he believes that with the provision of “Excellent Service”, palliation of pain, remedy of disease and alleviation of suffering would follow.

Nikki was born and raised in Carmichael, California, but recently moved to El Dorado Hills. She loves El Dorado Hills, its people and all of the outdoor activities it has to offer. She enjoys reading, hiking, and most of all spending time with her son, husband, family and friends.
She graduated from Sacramento State in 2007 with bachelors in Biology. From there she went straight into Nursing/graduate School at Samuel Merritt University. Later she graduated with masters in Nursing and has started practicing as a nurse practitioner.
During the last 2 years of her schooling she has been working as a RN. She has a lot of experience and enjoys working as a RN.
She believes that continuity of care is vital and that everyone should have a provider who understands them and their personal and medical needs. She hopes to create long-term medical relationships with all of the patients that she sees. Check her CV.

Jaya has over 19 year experience as a nurse and has been working as a FNP for the last 2 years with us. She has worked in different hospitals in various units including Step-down ICU, Progressive Care Unit and Mother-Baby Unit. She is a board certified family Nurse Practitioner. She deals with all the woman’s health issues.
She gives individualized high quality care that focus on wellness, health care promotion and disease prevention. She advocates healthy lifestyle choices.

Angel was born in San Jose and has spent her adult life in Sacramento. She received her Medical Assistant license in 2007. She is very devoted and loves to help patients in their needs. She is currently taking pre-requisites for the nursing program. Her hobbies are exercising, reading and Yoga. She loves to spend time with family.
